What I Offer

One to One Yoga Therapy

1-2-1 classes in person (based near Malmesbury) or online. Working 1-2-1 is the traditional way to learn yoga and by far the best way to benefit from yoga as a therapy. We all have a unique individual constitution and therefore we all need a unique practice to alleviate physiological or psychological conditions enabling us to achieve and maintain a state of overall health and well-being.

Pre-natal and Post-natal Yoga

I have been teaching pregnancy yoga for the past 10 years and also work with new mothers to help them regain body strength post birth. Available for one to one classes online or face to face.

Group classes

I teach small and large group classes online and in person. If you and some friends wish to start a weekly yoga class please get in touch and I would be happy to discuss your needs.
